Stai a Sud is a small family-run Bed and Breakfast.
Therefore, behaviours to be observed in the B&B, beyond those enshrined in law, are above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
1 – Booking and balance
Booking request can be made by phone or email. To proceed you must pay in advance 30% of the full amount. The reservation is concluded only when you receive from us confirmation of the same by email. To expedite the process we invite you to send a copy of the deposit by email. The remainder of the amount must be paid in cash or bank transfer at your arrival at the B&B, before you pick up room-keys.
2 – Cancellation
The request for cancellation of the reservation will be regulated by the following conditions:
For cancellation notices arrived before 31 days from the arrival date, full refund of the advance payment;
For cancellation notices arrived from the 30th to the 7th day before the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be withheld.
If the cancellation request is within seven days before the expected arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the holiday. The request for cancellation should be sent by e-mail. In case of early departure from the established date no refund is provided.
3 – Identification, arrival and departure
It is very important that you arrive at the B&B equipped with adequate and valid documents of recognition as you will be requested to fill the PS card as soon as you arrive at the reception(data processed in the obligations of the legislation dictated by D. Lgs. 196/ 2003). The check-in is scheduled from 1pm to 6pm, except for different requests of our guests. In order to organize, it will be appreciated a communication about arrival time and delays. On departure day, the rooms must be vacated no later than 10am to allow the attendants to clean. Guests can continue to stay in the common areas, or they can leave us luggages in custody.
4 – Breakfast
The Breakfast will be served in the common area, indicatively between 8am and 10am. It is forbidden to eat food in your room and turn on your own stove. In accordance with regional legislation, as well as for reasons of safety and respect of other guests, we do not agree with the use of stoves, but we allow the free consumption of pre-cooked foods in common areas. It will be your care to tidy up the used areas.
5 – Cleaning and ordinary management
Rooms and bathrooms cleanings are made daily, the change of bedding every 3 days. Smoking is not allowed inside rooms. The observance of this rule stems from the need to protect those who do not smoke and who will come after you, as well as the rules of fire prevention. It is also recommended to turn off lights and the air conditioners whenever you leave the room.
6 – Safety
Our rooms don’t have safety deposit boxes. Therefore we invite you to leave no effect of value unattended in rooms, bathrooms and common areas. We invite guests to always close doors and windows. Our B&B declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to objects of your property left in rooms, bathrooms and common areas and for damages to persons or things to and from third parties. Any damages must be declared and compensated immediately to the house manager. Finally, for legal issues, we cannot allow the welcome guests to receive visitors within their room. Visitors will have to wait at the reception.
